Free Autumn Training Plan


Start our 4 weeks of Free Off Autumn Training delivered in Training Peaks. Focused on the key fitness abilities, endurance, strength, muscular endurance and aerobic capacity this plan will either maintain an already excellent level of fitness or build on what you have achieved so far in 2020. This is ideal to start in September or October for a peak fitness in the spring.

The plan will leave you in great shape to progress to our 8 week follow on plan


Product Description

This training plan is delivered in Training Peaks. The free basic version will suffice. Please checkout here with the same email address that you use for TP and we will share the training plan with you upon receipt. The plan is built using workout builder with power ranges for all efforts. The plan can be adjusted for those training with heart rate or perceived effort.
