Product Description

The Propello 8-Week Tour De Test Training Recipe is designed to provide you with the ingredients to reach a good level of cycling fitness to enjoy this fantastic event. It will build endurance, strength and speed providing a solid foundation of fitness to help you maximise your performance or simply to just enjoy the ride. Each week there are three workouts that can either be incorporated into a road ride or ridden on an indoor trainer as a dedicated workout. All the workouts come with guides for heart rate zones, power targets or simply perceived effort levels.
