Improving FTP is the single most important determinant of cycling performance. Long climbs, time trials and sportive performances are all improved with a higher FTP. Each week there are three workouts that can either be incorporated into a road ride or ridden on an indoor trainer as a dedicated workout – as stand alone workouts none of these are longer than approximately 90 min. All of the workouts come with guides for intensity as well as training zones and power targets.
