We aim to deliver the best client experience from any coaching business out there. Designing workouts and training plans is not rocket science. There are no magic formulas or secret training sessions. Good coaching is about understanding the client, their abilities, their goals and objectives, making a plan to maximise their chances of success, and providing a supportive and nurturing environment for them to grow as an athlete. We don’t take on hundreds of athletes and we don’t limit contact time or support. We understand that your training is probably one of the most important aspects of your lives. We have a habit of building strong and enduring relationships with our coached riders and members and we work hard to provide you with everything you need, when you need it.
We offer three levels of individual coaching with each level offering a plan personalised to your current level of fitness:
- The Silver package is designed for riders that require a comprehensive plan to improve their all round cycling abilities, to take part in social rides, club rides, events and adventures throughout the season.
- The Gold package is for riders that require a comprehensive plan plus wish to improve specific abilities that are focused on key event or race demands, and to be in peak form for key times in the season.
- The Platinum package is for riders that require a totally bespoke comprehensive plan that is also specific to both the demands of their chosen events, and their individual physiology, modelled in the advanced analytical software, WKO4.
