Designed by ABCC Level 3 Coach Rob Wakefield, these 23 page eBooks provide a progressive and structured training plan that will develop every aspect of your cycling fitness over a 20 week period to ensure that you deliver your best performance when you need it.
There are 2 versions of the programme, the Sportive and Race. Both programmes are designed around a common framework using many of the latest concepts in cycling training. If you are new to training choose the Sportive version. If you have experience of training and want to race or ride competitively then choose the Race version.
